We are the operators of Timeshares in Canada and here is a little information about us.

Our activities are governed by the Real Estate Act of British Columbia. We do specialize and list timeshare properties for resale and present them on our website. We charge a small advertising registration fee to expose the timeshare listings on the website.

We have lived in Kelowna B.C. since 1972 and were licensed Realtors for over 25 years. Gord is a licensed Realtor with PREMIER CANADIAN PROPERTIES (Kelowna) LTD. June is his unlicensed assistant.

We have been timeshare owners at the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort and Conference Centre for several years and assisted many buyers and sellers over the last few years. .

Gord is and has been a director of GOVA (Grand Okanagan Vacation Home Owners Assoc.) for several years and is currently President of the Strata Council which is the governing council for the west wing which houses the Timeshares and Vacation Homes.

In 2003 due to the increase in requests from both Sellers and Buyers, (many referred to us by Royal Host and the staff at the Grand) we launched Time Shares In B.C. as a facility to assist current time share owners and potential purchasers eliminating legal expenses.

Due to our success marketing timeshare re-sales at the Grand Okanagan Resort, Royal Host commenced referring sellers and buyers to us for their Banff Rocky Mountain Resort. Consequently in October of 2004 we broadened our coverage and Timeshares in Canada was born.

In August 2009 the Delta Hotel chain purchased the Grand Okanagan Resort and Conference Centre in Kelowna and added it to their chain of over 40 hotels in Canada.
